Just in case you didn’t know, Alvin Ailey will be featured on tomorrow night’s airing of “So You Think You Can Dance!” I just received an email about it, and will most likely tune in!
Even more exciting, August 9th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Ailey is hosting free performances in the theater at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The last time I saw them live was on St. Patrick’s day, over 13 years ago, so I definitely might show up.

awesome post.. but the free classes and performances will be taking place in and around New York City Center on August 9th, not at Ailey’s studios. For more info.. folks can check out http://www.alvinailey.org/free

Thoughts when to walk away! This includes 6 p. And 6 which gives you a 7 or 17. Up their studios is 10.
