A few weeks ago, a reader e-mailed me a link to the Internet Movie Database. On the message boards for the upcoming film “Center Stage 2,” someone posted a spoiler about the films plot. Of course, she didn’t identify herself, so who knows if she’s right or wrong.

If she’s right, however, then it sounds like it’ll be a fun film with more ballet than I expected.

Speaking of “Center Stage,” the first film is playing twice tonight! It’s cheering me up from a lonely day wandering around Manhattan–though a call from ConEd kept me craning my ear from the bedroom into the living room to hear my favorite parts.

When it first came out Dione and I pushed back all the furniture and danced with the film. And I love seeing all those dancers–and all those cameos by Jared Angle, Jonathan Stafford and Kristin Sloan (in both Wheeldon’s ballet and telling her friend in the dressing room before the workshop “I’d kill to get Miami”).
